Effective 1/01/2019 Seattle Plant Daddy has a NON-return policy. All plant sales are final. Plants leaving the shop are live, happy, and in excellent condition, unless otherwise stated and sold as ‘Ding & Dent’ discounts, which would still be a final sale item.

If you have elected to do our Pre Pay & Pick up in 48 Hours method of receiving your plant, and you are unsatisfied with your pick-up order your order may be canceled or swapped for another of equal or higher value item.

We are now offering Priority Shipping for the lower 48 states. Seattle Plant Daddy does not assume any of the shipping damages, delayed packages or if your plant has not survived the journey to your home.

If you have changed your mind on same day of purchase we will cancel your order before pick up or shipping has been completed.
